Refund policy

All merchandise sold through the CRWN Cinema Podcast store is produced using a print-on-demand system. This means each item is created specifically for you only after your order is placed — nothing is pre-made or kept in stock.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Since production begins immediately upon order, we're unable to intercept, alter, or restock items once they're in the queue.

Exceptions — Defects & Errors
We do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item has a printing error (wrong design, misprint, etc.)
• You received the wrong item

If any of these apply, contact us within 30 of delivery at gray@crwncinema.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Sizing
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering — since items are made to order, we can't offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. If you have questions about fit before purchasing, reach out and we're happy to help.

Order Errors
If you notice a mistake in your order (wrong size, wrong item, shipping address, etc.), contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.

Processing & Shipping Delays
Because items are made to order, production times may be longer than standard retail. Delays in processing or shipping don't qualify for cancellation once an order has entered production.
